Fast-track Anesthesia and BIS Monitoring in Coronary Artery Bypass Grefting Surgery

Fast-track anesthesia provides a reduction in hospital and intensive care unit length of stay, thus a reduction in hospital costs with lower costs and high quality care. Fast-track cardiac anesthesia aims tracheal extubation in 8 hours. “Fast-track” anestezi, daha uygun maliyetli, kaliteli bakımla, hastane ve yoğun bakım ünitelerinde kalış süresini, dolayısıyla hastane maliyetlerinin azalmasını sağlamaktadır. “Fast-track” kardiyak anestezi (FTKA) postoperatif 8 saat içinde trakeal ekstübasyonu amaçlamaktadır. Bu konudaki en güvenilir değişken olarak nitelendirilen bispektral indeks, kardiyak anestezi pratiğinde en sık kullanılan işlenmiş elektroensefalografi monitörüdür.
