Hypoxic Spell After Abdominal Surgery in Tetralogy of Fallot Patient; From asymptomatic to symptomatic

Tetralogy of Fallot is a cyanotic congenital heart disease with hypoxic episodes. In this case, we present a patient who underwent Duhamel operation for Hirsprung's disease, who had hypoxic seizure triggered by surgical stimulation, anesthesia effect and postoperative agitation, and was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot by echocardiography after the operation.

Fallot Tetralojisi Hastasında Batın Operasyonu Sonrası Hipoksik Nöbet; Asemptomatikten Semptomatiğe

Fallot Tetralojisi hipoksik ataklarla seyreden siyanotik konjenital bir kalp hastalığıdır. Bu olguda Hirsprung hastalığı nedeniyle Duhamel operasyonu geçiren bir hastada cerrahi stimülasyon, anestezi etkisi ve operasyon sonrası ajitasyonla tetiklenen hipoksik nöbet görülmesi ve operasyon sonrası yapılan ekokardiyografi ile Fallot Tetralojisi tanısı almasını ve sonrasındaki yönetimini sunuyoruz.
